Hand digging a garden well with simple hand tools part one.

In this video I cover the scope of the project and outline the whole process.

Then we get into the dirt and auger down our hole.

Here is the link to a post auger: http://www.amazon.com/Seymour-Mfg-AU-S6-Post-Auger/dp/B00002N8OK/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1395668171&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=irwin+post+hole+auger

Or you can search amazon for : Seymour Mfg. AU-S6 Post Hole Auger

The pipe to extend the auger is 3/4 threaded water pipe and 3/4 couplings.

I recommend only adding about 5 feet or so at a time to keep things manageable.

You could go larger and stand on something if you wish.
